An Individual Ceremony in the relaxed atmosphere of the Sunshine Coast Your wedding day will be one of the most important days in your life. It is the day that you commence a new journey with your chosen partner.

Your choice of having a Civil Ceremony allows you to choose the time and place for the ceremony, it also gives you control of the content and length of the ceremony. A booklet will be provided with ideas that you may wish to include in your ceremony.

I will help you to create your ceremony, after writing the ceremony it will be emailed to you for approval. This will enable both of you time to read through the ceremony to ensure you are happy with the content and make any changes if required. You will have ample time to make any changes.

A Notice of Intended Marriage Form, (Legal Document) this Form must be completed and given to the celebrant 1 calendar month and 1 day before the date of the ceremony – (it is valid for 18 months). You will be required to supply original birth certificates if born in Australia – passports if born overseas. If you have previously been married original documentation will be required as proof of it being finalized.

I include a rehearsal as it is important that you are comfortable with where you will be standing – this is also an opportunity to fine tune the minor details. During this meeting you will be required to complete the Declaration Form which must be complete prior to the commencement of the ceremony.

When necessary I will use a PA System as it is important that your guests hear the ceremony.
